PISTOL 101
Pistol 101 is a private group experience designed specifically for people with little to no firearms experience.
You don't need to own a firearm. You don't need previous experience. You don't need to bring any equipment.
We provide everything you need.
Over 2.5 hours, you'll progress from firearm safety and handling to confidently operating a handgun and putting those skills into practice through live fire.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
We'll build your skills progressively, beginning with safety and firearm familiarization before moving into live fire.
- Fundamental firearm safety
- Understanding handgun function and operation
- Safe handling and manipulation
- Loading and unloading
- Proper grip and shooting stance
- Sight alignment and sight picture
- Trigger control
- Recoil management
- Live fire fundamentals
- Individual coaching and correction
- Skill building drills and challenges
The emphasis throughout the experience is on developing safe, repeatable fundamentals, not simply putting rounds downrange.
Once everyone has developed a solid foundation, we'll put those skills to work through interactive drills, challenges, and friendly competition.
You'll learn something genuinely useful, see your improvement throughout the session, and have a great time doing it.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS PROVIDED
Every shooter will train with a Glock 19 9mm handgun equipped with a Vortex red dot optic.
We provide:
- Glock 19 9mm handguns
- Vortex red dot optics
- Range belts and holsters
- Eye and ear protection
- Targets and range equipment
- Professional instruction
- Individual coaching
Ammunition Package: $50 per shooter
Includes 200 rounds of 9mm ammunition per shooter.

Pistol 101 is private. We don't combine groups or add strangers to fill empty spots.
Whether you bring a few people or fill all eight spots, the experience belongs exclusively to your group. This allows us to progress at your pace while providing individual coaching throughout the experience.
