TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: October 20, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern use of this website and the booking or purchase of services offered through it.
By using this website, submitting a booking, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
TRAINING SERVICES
Training experiences may include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, firearms instruction, outdoor activities, sauna and cold water exposure, breathwork, and other physical or educational activities depending on the service booked.
Specific activities, schedules, equipment, locations, and inclusions are described on the applicable service page.
ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are legally permitted and physically capable of participating in the activities they choose to attend.
Firearms training participants must comply with all applicable laws, range rules, safety requirements, and instructor directions.
Anyone demonstrating unsafe behavior, impairment, reckless conduct, or refusal to follow safety instructions may be removed from an activity.
FIREARMS TRAINING
Firearms training involves inherently dangerous equipment and activities.
Participants must follow all firearm safety rules and instructor commands at all times.
Firearms and related equipment provided during training remain under the control of the training provider and may only be used as directed.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Training experiences may involve inherent risks, including risks associated with physical activity, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, firearms, outdoor terrain, environmental conditions, sauna use, cold water exposure, and other activities.
Participation is voluntary.
Participants may be required to review and sign a separate liability waiver, assumption of risk agreement, or other participation documents before beginning an activity.
These Terms do not replace any separate waiver or participation agreement required for a particular activity.
BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed at the time of booking apply to that booking unless otherwise stated.
Training booked through the online scheduling system requires payment according to the payment terms displayed during checkout.
Additional charges specifically disclosed for a service, including ammunition packages, may be collected separately.
A booking is considered confirmed once the required payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.
CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING AND REFUNDS
Because private training dates are reserved specifically for an individual or group, availability may be limited.
